Activity

‘Dance for Life Oxfordshire’ is our programme of creative dance hubs for people wanting to dance and socialise together. Delivered by professional dance artists, assistants and volunteers, weekly creative dance classes followed by social time/refreshments aim to:

• Improve strength, fitness, mobility and balance
• Increase confidence, creativity and skills
• Offer friendship, peer support, and a sense of belonging

When/where we meet

Tuesdays 10am-11am Followed by refreshments
£4.50/£5 per class

Trinity Church Hall, Conduit Road, Abingdon, OX14 1DB

We also meet in Bicester, Witney and on line.  See our poster for details..

We help

We work with older communities and those affected by conditions such as Dementia and Parkinsons.

Safeguarding

All our Dance Artists are professionally qualified and DBS checked. We have a Safeguarding policy which is updated annually and is available for people to see on our website.
