We are a mental health sports charity who deliver free, weekly physical activity sessions for anyone 17+ who is experiencing mental health problems.
The sessions are there in order to aid recovery, promote mental wellbeing, improve physical health, combat social isolation and empower people to move their lives forward in a positive direction.
The sessions are lots of fun, for all abilities and drop-in sessions, so there is no need to book and no referral is required. The sessions are all delivered by a qualified instructor and all equipment will be provided.
Carers, friends and family are more than welcome to accompany participants to the first couple of sessions
When/where we meet
We have a weekly wellbeing walk in Abingdon every Wednesday 11am-12noon which meets at the Malthouse Surgery. See poster.
We also have sessions in Didcot, Henley, Oxford, Banbury, Bicester, Witney and Kidlington. You can find the timetable of events around Oxfordshire here.
