ActivityThe Abingdon Afternoon Tea Club is an informal gathering where people with mild memory problems can meet others facing the same challenges and learn more about living well with memory problems from experts in the field. We provide useful information about good habits for maintaining healthy brains as well as tips for living well with memory problems. The 90 minutes cover two or three short talks as well as plenty of time to chat over free tea and cake! When/where we meetWe meet monthly on a Wednesday afternoon between 2:30 and 4:00pm.
