Yoga Energy offers classes in Abingdon. Andrea teaches anyone who is keen to try from the young to mature students. Her goal is to share the benefits of yoga with the whole community - you can build flexibility, balance, help with stress and develop skills and energy to feel more calm and rested.
Monday 19:30 at McTimoney College Wednesday 18:15 and 19:30 at Northcourt Centre.
Young people and adults can join the class as a beginner, or after having practiced yoga before.
Andrea is DBS checked and has experience of teaching young people and children accompanied with adults.
